and large developers working on bank branches, land for large housing developments and shopping center developers such as Lecesse, Medallion Home, and Regency Centers looking for sites and areas of opportunity. Stan has covered and completed projects in West Palm Beach, Naples, Fort Myers, Venice, Sarasota, Bradenton, Saint Petersburg, Tampa, Ocala and Winter Park and feels qualified to research and give direction covering the entire State of Florida. His time is spent totally in commercial real estate in all categories as stated above. Because the commercial market has recovered and there is a renewed focus on the influx of new residents it is necessary to have a broad range of coverage and exposure.
